Food and Restaurant Consulting: I provide consultation to restaurants and the food industry in the areas of healthy recipe and menu development, translation, buying local sustainable products, and cooking and nutrition workshops for staff. 

Hands-On Nutrition and Cooking Workshops: Designed to order, I facilitate nutrition and healthy eating and cooking workshops for groups of friends or students in my home close to Quito or in your facility.  

Consulting for National and International Agencies:  I offer project design, and monitoring and evaluation for local, national, and international organizations and government agencies.

Author of cookbooks and articles in newspapers and magazines on nutrition and healthy living.

Speaker for international events on ecological nutrition and positive and delicious diet transformation for everyone who eats and our planet´s health.

QUE RICO ES – Que Rico ES is a national consumers´ food campaign. I designed and trained the facilitators for a hands-on participatory workshop - how to balance your plate - that is carried out in markets, food fairs and community groups throughout Ecuador. I also helped design a pamphlet with graphics to support the message shared in these participatory events. 

Ecuador´s national planning board (SENPLADES)  – Based on a national study, I provided a nutritional analysis of the Ecuadorian cultural eating habits and created diets for a national study to link the agricultural sector with the nutritional needs of the country.


Heifer Ecuador – Through hands-on cooking workshops, I developed a cooking and eating manuel to promote the consumption of healthy products by local, small-scale farmers and producers and to trained them to be facilitators of similar workshops in their communities. .



World Food Programme –  In a partnership with various local communities, I researched traditional, healthy recipes. These recipes are now being published in the Ecuadorean press

OXFAM Italia --  Developed a cookbook from work with indigenous groups about the preparation and use of andean products.

EDUCA –  I was contracted to develop the nutritional content for 40 radio programs. Educa develops educational radio programs sponsored by the Ecuadorian government. Because it is a public service, the content is featured on all radio stations throughout Ecuador. Thus my nutritional, delicious voice is heard all over the country.
